Eligible Refund Scenarios

• Course cancellation within 14 days of enrollment and before accessing 25% of course materials
• Technical issues preventing course access for more than 7 consecutive days without resolution
• Program cancellation by TieUpChain due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
• Medical emergencies documented by healthcare providers preventing course completion
• Duplicate enrollment payments processed due to system errors
• Course content significantly differs from advertised curriculum (must be reported within 21 days)

Refund Process Timeline

Payment Method Considerations

Refund processing times vary depending on your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing, while bank transfers may take 10-15 business days depending on your financial institution.

For international students, currency conversion rates at the time of refund processing may result in slight variations from the original payment amount due to exchange rate fluctuations. We use current market rates provided by our payment processors.

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after approval
• Bank Transfers: 10-15 business days after approval
• Digital Wallets: 3-7 business days after approval
• International Payments: Additional 5-10 days for currency conversion

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Partial Refund Calculations

When full refunds are not applicable, we may offer partial refunds based on unused course content and time elapsed since enrollment. Our calculation method considers both content accessed and time passed to determine fair refund amounts.
